1. The Four Silicon Constraints of AI
Every AI tool in the ecosystem — DYV AI Doctor™, BioTwin™, BioApp VΩ — operates within four boundaries that can never be crossed. These are hard limits, enforced before every model call.
2. BioTwin™ — in-silico, CEBM Level 5
BioTwin™ 33D is an on-computer (in-silico) biological simulation for illustration and education. On the Oxford CEBM evidence scale, simulation outputs are Level 5 — the lowest level, based on mechanistic reasoning, and not clinical evidence.
- BioTwin™ does not replace lab tests, imaging or a doctor’s conclusion.
- Every BioTwin™ output carries the “CEBM Level 5 — not clinical evidence” disclaimer.
- “Quantum” in the DYV system means quantum-inspired algorithms running on classical computers — not real quantum hardware.
3. Intellectual-Property status
All intellectual property — DYV.AI, BioTwin™ 33D, DYV AI Doctor™, BioApp VΩ, LIM™, Gosen Life™, MRPU-VN01, ReGenesis, the seal, identity system, formulas, brands and all related materials — belongs exclusively to CÔNG TY TNHH TM DV DYV.

4. Personal data — Decree 13/2023
DYV complies with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal-data protection.
- The system never stores or uses national-ID (CCCD) numbers as credentials.
- Only necessary data is collected; data is never sold to third parties.
- Users may access, correct or request deletion of their personal data.
- Crisis/emergency safety guardrails trigger before any AI model call.
5. Language & vision transparency
- BioCredit is a value-chain transparency & reward mechanism — not a cryptocurrency, financial product or investment offer.
- Vision content (Mountain of Life™ / Núi Dinh, expansion roadmaps) represents direction & proposals, not completed commitments.
- Device/space renders are honestly labelled “concept”; real photographs are marked “real photo”.
- Products are described in TPBVSK language (support, companionship) — never pharmaceutical language or cure claims.
6. Product classification (TPBVSK)
All products — tablets, extracts, LIM™, DYV teas, Gosen Life™, plant milk and DYV Bio-Water™ — are classified as health-protection supplements under Decree 15/2018/NĐ-CP. They support bodily functions and are not used to diagnose, treat or cure disease.
